The no new year's resolution

Happy New Year! Did you miss me? Let's get down to it, so, do you have a new year's resolution or do you not subscribe to it? I think the most crazy thing to do is to have the same resolution year in year out! I think it is crazy because it obviously did not work last year or the year before (and repeat 5 times), so why make it again? For many people it is usually an exercise related resolution, so my mood board today is inspired by my solution - don't make an outlandish goal, just make one small goal and be consistent at it!

So for example, become more active, take the steps up to work instead of the lift. Walk the long way to the shop instead of the short, or even better, walk to the shop instead of driving (within limits of course!). Have fun in life and being active will make life fun, while pounding away on the treadmill is probably not good for your knees!

This is just my ethos, what is yours? (p/s Feel free to tell me if you love running on the treadmill so I can quietly roll my eyes lol!)

  1. If you want to be healthy, there's no way around it, but you just need to find what suits you best, some people do love running, some prefer hiking or swimming or yoga.

I have a new year's resolution, but it's about my work. Make a living from my art and make mostly environmental art. Still a long way to go.

  3. No resolution for me, but I tent to make some plans for improvement.
Exercising is also one of them, but I hate treadmill (even though I use it sometimes in the winter)

  4. I hate HATE running! That's the worst exercise for me! I love to swim, walk and sleep. Sleep is the one i like the best! ;-)
Only one resolution this year. I would love to use all year long my bullet journal. That's all! And yes, i missed you!

  6. Sometimes we have resolutions for the year but we don't have the right determination. Every year is different and what didn't work in the past year maybe will in the new one :)
